Smile Hosting a sporting event costs millions for the provision of such a huge event.

    Hello everyone,

    Does this sentence sound natural?

Hosting a sporting event costs millions for the provision of such a huge event.
I wish I had better English, but I work hard to improve it. I'm studying for IGCSE, so I'm only interested in BrE.

Hosting a (huge) sporting (or sports) event costs millions.

End it there. Everying else is redundant.
