Red face if you have your cellular phone lost,

If you have your cellular phone lost or stolen, what will you do to prevent from someone from using your phone for crimes?
You call the cellular service provider and

    disconnect the line?

    or cancel the number?

    or other?

    Thank you.

    Hello Preppy

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you should call your service provider and report the theft or loss. Your service provider will then "bar your SIM card" and "block calls to and from your number".

    Hello Peppy

You can call your service provider and "get your phone blocked" or "bar your number" or "get a bar put on your line".

    See you,
