Given the sentence you wrote which I have now marked in red above, I would say that #4 is the closest because at least it mentions the economy. However, the sentence in red doesn't mention a crisis so #4 might not be completely appropriate. The sentence in red also doesn't mention the 1930s so I can't tell if that's appropriate.

Are you sure you actually know what the content of your essay is? I'm assuming this is meant to be an essay/thesis title.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
