Default Omission of conjunctions - series

Ex1. Paula advised us not to move the furniture, buy more groceries, or use the laptop.

Ex1. Paula advised us not to move the furniture, or buy more groceries, or use the laptop.

Q1: Is it okay to omit the conjunction in a series like the above?

Q2. The examples given mean that one is advised not to do the following list of things right?

Q3. "Do not purchase the materials or buy them in advance" also means not to do the two things mentioned, right?

    Thanks in advance.

    All correct.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
