    Default Please check for mistakes

Sometimes life puts you in a loop where you have to come face to face with a disturbing bad phase you had experienced previously, all over again. The phase is so dominant because of all the bad phases you had to deal with this was the worst and you never knew how to deal with it. You still have no idea how to get it over with. Perhaps once you learn to deal with it, it will subside to a much less disturbing reminiscence of a soul-eating bad phase you once had in your life. Or life may gift you the same bad phase with the recurrent mode ON such that you get used to it and finally accept it as a part of life. So, the easiest option is to work on it and find out a way to sort it out. What say?

Are you sure about the word I have marked in red and bold?
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
