    PUT INTO
    4. to choose someone for a job or position, especially an important one
    John had been put into a job that in fact he was born to do
    (MED)

    1)
    If we omit in fact, will that be omited too?
    John had been put into a job he was born to do.
    or

    John had been put into a job that he was born to do
    .

    2) Can I replace to do by for:
    John had been put into a job that in fact he was born for.

    or
