    Which sentence is correct?

    1)Xerox machine in the office is not working and not maintaining properly.

    2)Xerox machine in the office is not working and maintaining properly.

    I would go with #3, but I would start the sentence with "The".

    It's already in the right place in all four of your suggested sentences. Why did you think it might go somewhere else?

    Better would be "The Xerox machine is not working, even though [or although] it is properly maintained.

    "Maintained properly" or "properly maintained" is a personal choice.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
