Some of the highlights of this trip include skydiving, mountain biking and paragliding. or
Some of the highlights of this trip includes skydiving, mountain biking and paragliding.

I was thinking the second one is correct? Thanks!

    Re: Is the Grammar Correct?

Use the plural -- include. When a sentence's subject is a word that refers to part of the whole, the the number of the verb is determined by the object of the following prepsitional phrase. See rule 9: Subject and Verb Agreement | Grammar Rules

    Re: Is the Grammar Correct?

Using both "some of" and "include" seems tautologous to me. I would say either:

Some of the highlights of this trip are ...
    or
The highlights of this trip include ...
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
