Hi, To call someone on my desk can I use this sentence. Would you mind if you come to my desk. Please confirm is this right?

To call someone TO your desk/office. Would you mind coming to my desk/office?

If you're "calling them" to your desk, it sounds like you're giving them no option so I wouldn't use "Would you mind ...?" I would say "Please come to my office [immediately]".
