    Or this one is correct

    It's a good step that FDA is taking to raise the awareness about this critical health issue

    Not to be confused with the USDA, the United States Department of Agriculture, which regulates meat. So a frozen pizza with meat on it is regulated by the USDA, but one without meat by the FDA.
