    He approach his work carelessly.

    1) He approach his work lazily and carelessly when he is an employee, but he is more hardworking, pay more attention to his work when is self-employed.
    2) He adopt/follow a good work ethic when he is self-employed but he will adopt a bad work ethic when he is an employee.
    3) He will adopt a carefree approach to his work if he is an employee but he will approach his work more serious when he is self-employed.

Can somebody help me correct the sentences above? I really hope I can receive help. Thanks in advance.

Look at sentences 1 and 2 again, concentrating on the correct third person singular present simple verb ending.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

The same applies to #1, too.

Sorry, I meant sentences 1 and 2. It doesn't apply to sentence 3. I have edited my post.
