In a few months the firm will have increased its production.

In a few months, the firm ______ its production.
    a. will be increasing b. will increased c. is increased d. has increase

But I think the answer must be 'will have increased'

Will have increased is possible, but it 1) is not an option, and 2) is not what you suggest.
Can you eliminate any of the choices you were given?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
