    giving direction in building

Imagine you are in the level 4 of multi storey building and the kitchen is located at level 6. someone ask if you know where the kitchen is. is it correct to say that it is located at two level above?
what is the best answer in opposite situation? i mean if your are at level 6 and the kitchen at 4.
    Thanks in advance.
