    Default good or great question?

    Tonight my girlfriend asked me:

What we're having for dinner tonight?
Then I answered "It is a good question." (because I had no idea about we could have for dinner)
Then she corrected me saying "No, It is a great question." I think she was being sarcastic.

Now I have this doubt, within this case, who is correct, me or she?

You are both correct. Her statement as a follow-up to your question is not uncommon.
