    Can you tell me if the use of "in" is correct here, please?

    "Organic farming consists in using non chemical products".

    No. The phrase is "consists of". However, it's not the appropriate phrase for your context. I suggest "Organic farming involves using chemical-free products".
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
