    Is it 'Teaching English language through art technologies to secondary school pupils' or 'Teaching English language through art technologies for secondary school pupils' or smth else? Thank you!

    If you are actually explaining how to teach the subject to secondary school pupils (ie the secondary school pupils will be learning the subject) then "to" is correct. If you are explaining to secondary school students how to teach the subject then "for" is correct.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
