    Could you check my sentence, please?

    "I have prepared one report on my computer problem. Please go through it and detect the underlying problem and it's solution.

    If you are going to use the construction I have marked in red above, remember that you would need "its", not "it's".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
