In plain English, what is the difference between RP, SE, and the Queen’s English?

I have been trying to sort it out but only got more confused, always thought it was the same thing, now I am not so sure.
    Thank you in advance.

RP's meant not to be neutral and not to display regional tendencies, and I would say it's less posh than the Queen's English.
