    Are these sentence OK?

    She said she is having a number of health issues and hopes they will not affect her accident claim. She is very worried and would like to discuss her health issues with her doctor.

    They're both fine. You could also start it with "She says" if this is a recent or recurrent event.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
