I have some doubts of the use of some words in English. They make sense in Portuguese but I'm not sure it's the case in English. It's a financial analyst who regularly receives reports and he must send them back adding what he thinks of them. People pay him for that. He started to work recently with the UK and the USA. This is the text:
You can send your job annexed to my email and after consultation, I will send you the budget and the date of delivery.
1) Can I use delivery if it's sent by email?
2) Can I call a report a job?
3) Is the word annexed apropriate or do you have a more common word?
