Default Who is that boy? / Who is that?

    1) Who is that boy? / Who is that?

    2) I like those. / I like those dogs.

Of course, I know that we need enough context and context tells me where to go, but I was wondering if the sentences in each number could be used for the same meaning in some context?

Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

    In some contexts, yes.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
