Default Causative Verb - LET (She let the paper signed. --Is this a correct sentence?

One person gave these sentences as examples.

    She let the paper fall.
    She had the paper signed.
    She let the paper signed.

I think that the last sentence is incorrect because I always pair LET with a base verb like in sentences:

    Let me go.
    She let me cry.

I need somebody to clarify this. I firmly believe that LET should always be paired with a base verb. So I think that the correct sentence is:

She let the paper be signed.
