    Please would you take a look at these sentences and correct my mistakes.

    1. If he had followed his doctor's advice in the past, he would be healthy today.
    2. If her father had been alive, he would be overjoyed to see her having her own children.
    3. Nobody could have prevented him to set alight his own house.
