    Default coming around

Does this "come around" mean a periodic(regular) visit or just the act of coming?

17)Captain : Flight attendants will be coming around with a beverage cart in just a few minutes...

    not a teacher

It is the single act of coming around to everybody with the cart. It will occur after a few minutes have passed.
