    Is this sentence okay?

    Hi~ everyone!

    Here's one sentence.

They introduced chic designs such as pantsuits, bell-bottomed pants, and tuxedo jackets that tailored men’s clothing to suit the female body.

Is this sentence grammatically correct? Especially the underlined part.

I think the subject of the verb 'tailor' should be people such as he, she, they, etc. Am I wrong?

    Can tuxedo jackets tailor sth.?

    please let me know.

    Maybe not, but designs can.

Oh - well done. I had this image of disembodied jackets somehow holding needle and thread like a scene in a haunted house.

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
