"Your business is quaranteed of success"
"Your business is guaranteed to succeed."
However weak the guarantee may be, I'd go for #2.

You could rewrite #1 as The success of your business is guaranteed.
Your business is a guaranteed success!
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
