    How is something going?

    How can I ask somebody about how, for example his business is running, about his sales, or project?
    Is it correct (and natural) to ask:
    "How is your sales going?"
    "How is your business going?"

    With the amendment above, yes.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
