I have seen some people using " she is my the one". Is this sentence correct?

No. The people who are using that are wrong. "She is the one" means "She is the perfect person for ..." - she might be the perfect person for a job, for an acting role or for the speaker (ie she is their girlfriend).
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

Great I got my answer. It seems lots of people use wrong grammar. But I do not want to use. It's okay. on your comment I noticed " ie" . What do they stand for indeed? Is it " that is" or something like that ?

That's exactly what it means. It's from the Latin "id est", which means "that is."

From your original post, another possibility would be "she's my one and only," with pretty much the same meaning as "she is the one (for me)."
