If I write in a letter " I with all my heart, would like to wish him the best of luck with his journey" is it correct? if not please correct it.

If I write in a letter "I with all my heart, would like to wish him the best of luck with his journey" is it correct? if not please correct it.

Inserting a comma improves it: " I, with all my heart, would like to wish him the best of luck with his journey".
A more natural form is: "With all my heart, I would like to wish him the best of luck with his journey".

Note that "sentence" is not a good title for your post. A much better title would have been: "with all my heart".

Calling all your threads "sentence" is no better than calling them "word." Please use descriptive titles. If you can't follow this simple instruction, your threads may start getting deleted because we think they are duplicates.
