    Answer the phone

It is my first week in the office and I have problems with Formal English.
I know only several phrases when answer the phone and feel like a parot by the end of the day.

Is there any other way to ask the question:

    What is it regarding to?
    Thank you!

    Lefi,

I suggest you don't say that at all because it's ungrammatical. If the phrase is used at all, it should be "What is it regarding, please?" But it sounds stilted and unnatural.

    What about:

"Good morning/afternoon. How may I help you?"
"Good morning/afternoon. What can I do for you?"
"Good morning/afternoon. How can I be of assistance?"
    "Hello. Can I help you?"

    Nice to know.

I try to be polite, but agree with you , the phrase sounds too unnatural.

Thank you for your tip :)
