Default Plz proofread a customer center manual

Could you proofread the following manual for a customer center?
Especially, the operator part, please. It is expected that non-native English speakers will also call, so, plain English would be appreciated.

O (Operator): ABC Customer Center. How can I help you?
C (Customer): Iíd like to subscribe your service.
O: Thank you. We offer two kinds of service, cable TV and the Internet. Which are you interested in?
    C: Cable TV.
O: Thank you. Our service would be different depending on your house type. Is it a house or an apartment?
    C: A house.
O: OK. Is it a newly built one or an already existing one?
    C: Itís a new one.
O: Is it finished or still under construction?
    C: Under construction.
O: When is the scheduled completion date?
    C: The end of April.
O: Thank you. And do you know when youíll be moving into the new house?
C: Probably at the beginning of May.
O: Let me ask you a few more. Are you going to put up an antenna, or would you like to watch your all TVs in your house with our cable?
C: Iím thinking of using an antenna, too. But why do you ask?
O: The construction type would be different depending on if you use an antenna or not.
    C: I see.
O: Now let me confirm if the area is within our service. Could I have the address?
    C: Itís XXXXXXXXXX.
O: XXXXXXXXXX, Thank you. Iíll check if itís in our area. Hold on, please.
    C: OK.
O: (After a few minutes) Sorry to keep you waiting. I confirmed your new house is within our service area.
    C: Great.
O: But, there are some cases we canít offer the service depending on the status of your house. So Iíll have our sales representative call you back. Could I have your name and phone number please?
C: My name is XXX XXX, and my phone number is XXX-XXXX-XXXX.
O: Mr. XXX XXX, XXX-XXXX-XXXX. Thank you. Is there any inconvenient time for you to receive a phone call today?
    C: No.
O: Thank you. Do you have any other questions?
C: I know the basic monthly charge, but how much is the construction cost?
O: As for the construction cost, it will depend on your house situation. So the sales representative will explain to you.
    C: OK:
O: Thank you for calling, Mr XXX. This was XXX (the operator's name) speaking.
    C: Thank you, bye.
    O: Bye.

    Thank you so much, tdol!

As for 'Is there any inconvenient time'...
It seems better for busy sales representatives to know a customer's inconvenient time rather than convenient time, so that they have wider choices of when to make a phone call.
In that case, is it acceptable or still strange?

You could, but they'll probably give you the same info if you ask for a convenient time.

Thank you, curmudgeon! You are a great help
So, 'This is/was XXX speaking' is not used at the end of a phone conversation, is it?
How about when the operator tells his/her name at the beginning, like 'This is XXX of ABC Customer Center. May I help you?' and he/she has to tell the name again before he/she hangs up in accordance with their rule?
