    Default Please help me understand

Can anybody help me please? I need to know what does Ringo say between 4:11 - 4:18 in this video. I recognize some words but totally miss the whole thing. I'm doing russian translation for voiceover and I've translated almost everything but these lines.
    Thank you very much!

"I mean, we always felt George had just got off his Spitfire and came and "Oh, hello, chaps, yes it's chocks away."

A Google search informs me that "chocks away" is a term used by British fighter pilots in WWII to indicate that they are prepared for take off and the wheel blocks need to be removed. Based on prior knowledge, I can tell you that a Spitfire is a WWII-era RAF fighter plane.
