Is there any difference in meaning between three two questions?
Did he say how long he's going to stay?
Did he say for how long he's going to stay?
Did he say how long he's going to stay for?
I know that some people are of the opinion that you shouldn't use a preposition at the end as in the sentence above, but let's ignore that since that's not what I'm trying to find out here.
