One of my colleagues have sent an email to me that he want to meet me personally because we are the same position.
He work for head office and I work for branch office of other state.
I've already replied him that I'll contact you when I come to the town where the head office locate.
I have to go to the town in next week and I want to inform him.
I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at this and tell me what should I correct. I think the last sentence is a little odd.
