Post One of the buggy keys has been lost

    Dear boss
As I mentioned one of the buggy key has been lost. I reported this to security department and they request permission from your side to issue another key.

I request you to kindly look in to this matter.

To say "we request something from your side" is perfectly acceptable in South Asian (Indian) English.

susitha, you cannot keep giving different threads the same unhelpful title.

I'll change them for you this time, but please read this extract from the Posting Guidelines:

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'
