    Default meaning

Take a look at what’s in your refrigerator - are you set up for healthy eating? Think about what you could swap for healthier options next time you shop, make a list before you go and stick to it.

Can you tell me the meaning of this part, I know the meaning of each single part. But the meaning is weried to me. Swap what , what are healthier options, why can you swap for them? I don't understand the real meaning.

Look in your refrigerator. Are there some foods in there which are unhealthy? Are there some foods which are OK but could still be replaced with healthier foods? If that is the case, consider swapping those foods for some healthier foods.

Do you know what constitutes "healthier foods"?
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

AUTOMOON, A better title would have been '...what you could swap for healthier options'.

    Extract from the Posting Guidelines:
