    Default Is or Are

    Hi,

I want to know if the verb "is" correct? I think it must be "are" am I right?

It is interesting to observe that the sharp changes of the training data surface around the origin is accounted for by the moving of the membership...

    Thanks

In my view, it's a badly constructed sentence in any case. I prefer "changes in" and I find "training data surface" quite awkward. Do you mean the integral, or the surface area?

I can't for the life of me work out what it is supposed to mean.
