    stay at + places

    Are the following sentences correct?

I'm going to stay at his parents'. (i.e. at their house)
I'm going to stay at his parents' house.
I'm going to stay at his parents' place. (i.e place=house?)

    Thanks for replies in advance

The first and third do not necessarily mean 'at their house'. Tt could be an apartment or a castle, for example.
