The pie chart show the percentages of the carbohydrates, protein, and fat in three types of diet, average diet, a healthy diet, and healthy diet and sport.
We can clearly see that the highest percentage is 60% for carbohydrates in healthy diet for sport, while the lowest proportion is around less than a fifth for fat. The proportion of carbohydrates same as the proportion of protein in average diet standing at two fifths. While only 20% of the fat in same previous category and in healthy diet.
Around 50% of carbohydrates are in healthy diet, but only less than third of protein and quarter of it in healthy diet for sport.
Overall, the carbohydrates have the highest percentage in the three categories, while the fat has the lowest. The proportions of protein are ranged between 40% and 25% in the three categories.
