We can clearly see that the highest percentage is 60% for carbohydrates in healthy diet for sport, while the lowest proportion is around less than a fifth for fat. Overall, the carbohydrates have the highest percentage in the three categories, while the fat has the lowest. The proportions of protein are ranged between 40% and 25% in the three categories.
