    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for website or software which help me to improve my accent, like it should allow me to record word and match with regular accent and help me to prounance correctly.

    Thank you in advance.

I think 'Rosetta Stone' has something like that, but it's pretty expensive if I recall.

While we're here, learning about word and sentence stress and the schwa ( the most common sound in English ) can really help you to understand the 'rhythm' of English, which is the main thing that makes non-natives sound foreign. Master this and some other aspects of the accent will just fall in to place.

    Re: Pronunciation

I have tried Rosetta stone in the past. I think it is good for a certain level. I think software is not the solution, Need to practice with real people.

I'm looking for websites which help non native speakers like me practice spoken English with native speakers. Do you know of any?

    Hi,

Actually I did some more research on the above, and came across a few sites. One site I really like was Spoken English Practice. They have programs where you can practice with natives, not tutors, which I think is better.

Has anyone had past experience with them? I see a lot of positive reviews but do not know have any first hand experience in this kind of program. Pls share.
