Default 1 to 1 spoken English sessions

More often than not, a good needs analysis and then google search of problem areas work perfectly well and help save time.

Incidentally, there's a good section of phrasal verbs and grammar/vocab quizzes, both printable and interactive, on this site.
On this, I have a question too. I'm looking for websites that allow me to have 1 to 1 spoken English sessions with native speakers. I think this is the best way to improve spoken English. Any ideas?

There are language exchanges: Language Exchanges - ESL Web Directory - UsingEnglish.com

Other than that, you'l have to pay for private lessons online. There are lots of places offering online classes.

Thanks for sharing these links. I'm actually looking for something a little different from normal online classes/tutors. I'm looking for a website where I can practice spoken English with native speakers. I don't mind paying but I don't want it to be a traditional class with grammar/vocabulary. I think that approach does not work. I need to a lot of conversations.

Let me know if anything like this comes to your mind

You could arrange that with any online teacher- just tell them that's what you want. I'm not sure where else you could go for the online contact other than teachers, but any teacher worth their salt can put the grammar to one side and focus on conversation.
