Default We further endeavored to assess,

    300 chromosomes belonging to this subgroup, had the minor allele frequency of 0.04, 0.03, 0.03, 0.006, 0.013 and 0.02 for F508del, G452X, G551D, R117H, S549N and IVS8 T5 respectively.

We further endeavored to assess, whether the mutation identified in asthma patients differed from those observed in CP patients, or appeared in different frequencies, we compared our results of asthma and the CP patients

I need to know whether these two sentence framing is right or wrong.

I need to know whether these two sentence framing is right or wrong.
For me, there is no reason for the comma after "subgroup". It separates the verb from its subject, To avoid confusion, I would add the serial (Oxford) comma after "0.013" and "S549N". I would also place a comma before "respectively".

Your second sentence is poorly worded, because it leaves the last 10 words hanging. Try "In order to assess whether the mutation identified in asthma patients differed from those observed in CP patients or appeared in different frequencies, we compared our results of asthma and CP patients. [Please note that I have removed the commas after "assess" and the first use of "CP patients".]

I don't see that as an improvement.

"By literature review it came into the light that apart from F508del more than 25 other mutations are involved in CF cases some of them are novel mutations. Recently, Shastri and Kabra reported X, Y and Z as other most common mutations in India. It is in accordance with other reports, but in the control group of present study Y and Z mutations was not found (unpublished data). Whereas A, X, T that occur in lesser percentage among Hispanic and Non-Hispanic Caucasians were not found in earlier studies from India. However, the present findings recorded that X mutation is quite common among our controls and cases in heterozygous nature."
I need to know the above framed sentence is good and particularly the red highlighted one. If any mistake found kindly do give explanation for the same.

The "was" should be "were". The subject is plural.
