- For Teachers
Leave the room to/for us.
Which one is appropriate?
Context-Some friends want to spend some quality time together but all of a sudden their neighbors barge into their room so they are saying to them to leave the room.

If a neighbour barged into my room I would use some very strong language in telling him to get out.
I would just say leave the room, though this might be seen as a bit rude, so you could explain that you want to be left on your own for the evening.
