Comma after *Please note* ?

Should we enter a comma when we start sentance with *Please note*?

For example

Please note, we will .....

P.S. I was searching a similar post, but I didn't find it.

Also, before but in the above sentence should I use a comma ?
I think that I should use.

A comma is correct in your example, but I'd say 'Please note that we will...'

A comma is optional before 'but' in your second sentence.

For your second question, we usually use a comma before a coordinating conjunction, but it can be omitted when the second clause is short.
