This transcription starts from 2:46-3:00:

"This last letter many students, a lot of people, a lot of students in Thailand, in other countries learn this as but in American English the pronunciation is /ziː/."

I don’t know what John is saying here. It is at 2:55. Is he saying that many students, a lot of people, a lot of students in Thailand, in other countries learn this as /zet/ or /zed/, please?

I couldn't listen to your link but in the UK and many other English-speaking countries, the last letter of the alphabet is pronounced "zed".
