    If it is a title, I would capitalize the "Y" in "your".

    In the title, capitalise each word. In a sentence, don't capitalise "your" and only capitalise "perfect" if it comes at the beginning of the sentence. For example,

    Chapter 2: Perfect Your English

    In this chapter, we will help you to perfect your English.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
