Question 'the scope of', 'within the scope of' or 'the field of'

    Hi,
I have some questions concerning sentences.

    1. ... possesses knowledge and skills in the field of general problems of computer science as well as technical skills in the scope of information systems.
    2. ... possesses knowledge and skills in the field of general problems of computer science as well as technical skills in the field of information systems.
    3. ... possesses knowledge and skills in the field of general problems of computer science as well as technical skills within the scope of information systems.

    Which sentences is correct?
    Which sentence is better? Why?

Thank you for your help in advance.
