Should Same Sex Partners have the right to Adopt and Foster Children?
There are many children in the United States that are existing without the basic birth right of having two parents and in some cases, not having even one parent. In the United States, some states have elected to set limitations on fulfilling this basic birth right by denying otherwise qualified individuals the right to foster and adoption children based on sexual orientation. Should Same Sex Partners be denied the right to adopt and foster children?
