Default Self-help is the best help.

Does "Self-help is the best help." describe the following passage? I think "self-help" is for yourself not for others like this. The answer seems to be wrong.
Once a week, I deliver lunches to elderly people who live alone. Yesterday, I delivered lunches with my friend, Hanjin. When I deliver lunches alone, I just give them to the people and leave right away. But Hanjin was different. He happily talked and listened to them. He enjoyed the time with them.

8-7. Which describe the subject of the passage?
① God helps the early riser.
    Self-help is the best help.
③ Half the battle is getting started.
④ A drop in the ocean.
⑤ Honesty is the best policy.

None of the proffered choices describes the subject of the passage at all. The person who composed that question does not speak English competently.

    I agree with Probus.

I agree too. Not a single one of those options has anything at all to do with the piece.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
