A woman who is pretty but stupid is called a bimbo. Is there a word to describe a man who is handsome but stupid?

Thanks

Congressman. ;-)

No, seriously, there is no common term for this. "Mimbo" or "himbo" are slang terms.

Such a man who is kept by an older, richer woman may be called a "boy toy."

Thanks, SoothingDave.

Such a man who is kept by an older, richer woman may be called a "boy toy." (But that doesn't imply he is handsome but stupid.)

It certainly implies that he's at least moderately handsome, and one does not associate 'toy boy' with intelligence.

Note that I know the expression as 'toy boy', not 'boy toy'.

Yet another cross-Atlantic difference. It's "boy toy" here for sure.

I think "himbo" is a good choice. How about a "Neuvillette" for the literary types?

What's that about, Mike?

I'm only finding a French town when I search for Neuvillette.

He was the handsome but inarticulate friend of Cyrano. I think it is actually Christian de Neuvillette.
